سورة Al-Mulk 67:1

تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِى بِيَدِهِ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌ ١

Blessed is the One in Whose Hands rests all authority. And He is Most Capable of everything
