These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Al-Noor Islam mobile application and related services provided by Devrige.

By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree to use Al-Noor Islam only for lawful, respectful, and permitted purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or use the app to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.

You remain responsible for content you submit, post, or share through the app. You grant Devrige the permissions needed to host, display, process, and operate that content within the app.

We may remove content or restrict access when we believe it violates these terms, applicable law, community standards, or the rights of others.

Some features may require payment or a subscription. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations may be handled by the relevant app store or payment provider and are subject to their terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location or on every device.

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devrige disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devrige will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk, or used the app unlawfully. You may stop using the app at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
