سورة Aal-Imran 3:127

لِيَقْطَعَ طَرَفًۭا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَوْ يَكْبِتَهُمْ فَيَنقَلِبُوا۟ خَآئِبِينَ ١٢٧

to destroy a group of the disbelievers and humble the rest, causing them to withdraw in disappointment
