سورة Al-Hijr 15:56

قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ ٥٦

He exclaimed, “Who would despair of the mercy of their Lord except the misguided?”
