سورة Al-Jumuah 62:4

ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ٤

This is the favour of Allah. He grants it to whoever He wills. And Allah is the Lord of infinite bounty
