سورة Al-Maaarij 70:40

فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ ٤٠

So, I do swear by the Lord of ˹all˺ the points of sunrise and sunset that We are truly capable
