سورة Al-Maaarij 70:41

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًۭا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ٤١

of replacing them with ˹others˺ better than them, and We cannot be prevented ˹from doing so˺
