سورة Al-Muminun 23:46

إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا عَالِينَ ٤٦

to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and were a tyrannical people
