سورة Ash-Shuaraa 26:199

فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُؤْمِنِينَ ١٩٩

who would then recite it to the deniers ˹in fluent Arabic˺, still they would not have believed in it
