سورة Ya-Sin 36:8

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَـٰلًۭا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ ٨

˹It is as if˺ We have put shackles around their necks up to their chins, so their heads are forced up
