سورة Yunus 10:96

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٩٦

Indeed, those against whom Allah’s decree ˹of torment˺ is justified will not believe—
