سورة Ad-Dukhan 44:13

أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ وَقَدْ جَآءَهُمْ رَسُولٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ ١٣

How can they be reminded when a messenger has already come to them, making things clear
